Initial exchanges on the first months of the product testing phases3/13/2014
After the well-received Reims conference in November, all partners will meet again on 27 March 2014 to discuss their experiences from the first couple of months of the product testing phase. This will include sharing views on the acquisition of products, recruitment of tenants and the installation of products.
Housing organisations will get an early insight into the usability and benefits of assistive technology in their tenants’ homes. The conference in Dusseldorf will be of added importance because most partners are not used to the installation of these kinds of products and services. Members will benefit from detailed exchanges about the first experiences and lessons learned particularly when working with the special I-stay@home target group and emerging technologies.
It will also be especially interesting to see how training sessions with disabled and elderly people are undertaken and determine the most effective ways to get them familiar with IC-technologies.
